The first time I ordered from this website I had a hard time getting my Mukluks. They would not reapond to my emails until I finally said; "I want to order more boots from your site but please send the pair I ordered weeks ago first.." They emailed right away with some excuse to why they didn't send them and mesaage me. I got them a week later and the fur fell off. They were knockoffs. Fast forward 2 years, my boyfriend ordered me a pair from the site (he didn't realize this was the same site I had problems with) and they took money off his credit card but never sent the boots. They wouls not respond to his email. It has been over four months still no sign off a refund or boots. Stay away from here.
