I ordered Lancer dvds from tvboxsets.com and paid $109.98 by credit card. They sent an email saying the order would be processed, sent to "fulfillment" and mailed to me, to be received 8/1-8/4/07. They didn't sent the email confirming it had been sent until I threatened to report them to the BBB.
I never received the dvds and sent them an email 8/6, 7, &8. They never answered. Finally, I sent them an email saying I was reporting them to the BBB and they sent me an email tonight.
They said the would check with the Canada post to see what happened to the package. I really believe that (not!).
