Foolishly I too ordered 2 box sets of the Get Smart series. Like others I was sent my shipping order number and told they would email me when the goods were despatched.
Of course my credit card was debited immediately. When no order arriived I sent 2 emails which were ignored, then received an email saying "sorry for the delay and you will receive 40% off your next order".
After more emails from em I received a reply last week saying they had lodged an insurance claim with Canada Post.
Just goes to show if the offer seems too good to be true it usually is. Hopefully these cretins will be bought to justice.
