Thedvdplanet.org hoax, scam, steal your money, fake internet company

I thought I was ordering from a reputable company, huh. After reading the many stories posted all over different websites I now know I have been scammed. I am very disappointed in the company and other companies that allow them to advertise on their sites and search engines that have not done anything about this scamming company.

My story is just like everyone else's story. I ordered my dvd collection nearly two weeks ago. The company immediately charged my card and sent me a confirmation email that really looks like confirmation emails I have received from amazon. Unfortunately, I think this company has it down to a on their scamming techniques. My order was supposed to be delivered today. Of course it wasn't. I searched the usps website to check my supposedly tracking number they sent me and of course the usps website has no record of the package. I searched the Canada post office website and found the following:

Item Number:
Product Type: Expedited USA
Service Standard Delivery Date: 2007/12/12
Date of Event Time of Event Location Description Retail Location Signatory Name
2007/12/11 13:33 MISSISSAUGA, ON Item accepted and entered into sortation plant
2007/12/03 15:20 SCARBOROUGH, ON Shipping details electronically submitted

So I clicked the link to sign up for automatic update delivery notices to my email address and it said that 4 email addresses had already been entered for this package number and that was the limit. I had not entered any email addresses so someone else had already done this. So next I called the Canadian post office. The lady I spoke with was so nice. She told me on the 12/03 date was a computer generated package label. That making a computer generated package label does not mean a package has been mailed yet but it appeared the package was dropped off for shipping on 12/11. She told me she searched the usps website for the package tracking number and she was not finding it on the usps website either. She said it may be stuck in customes and that may hold it up for awhile. She said if I did not receive it by the end of 12/13 business day to contact the shipper so the shipper could initiate a search for the package. So not liking that answer I searched thedvdplanet.org website and finally found an email address to contact them. I emailed them and asked why I had not received my dvds because they were supposed to be delivered today. I also asked how they thought a package they shipped on 12/11 could possibly be delivered by 12/12 from Canada to Missouri. I sent approximately 5 emails to them this morning and only received one response back. Below is one of the emails sent to them and their response back to me: (I have deleted my tracking and order #s from the emails)

Your order has been shipped and you will have
it at the end of this week or start of next.

You were emailed your tracking info before, not sure
why you never got it.

Regards

So next I started doing some research online about thedvdplanet.org and found a lot of info.
I have done some searches on the better business bureau of Canada and the company has two complaints listed on it. I would suggest everyone check them out and file one for them selves. Here is the website for the BBB for complaints filed against thedvdplanet.org:
https://search.bbb.org/Results.aspx? url=thedvdplanet.org
I plan on contacting my bank and trying to get the money credited back to my account. I am so disappointed in this fake company. I was so excited to be getting a hard to find dvd collection for my brother for Christmas.
I agree with whoever suggested about turning the company into a investigational television show.
Make sure you all file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The BBB can sometimes help to resolve the issue and/or get your money back.
I sure pray no one else gets fooled or their money stolen by this scammer.
