I placed an online order with this company on November 15, 2007. I was guaranteed that my order would be shipped out the following Saturday. In their response to me (which has been their only response) they gave detailed dates of when I would receive an e-mail when my order was processed, completed and shipped, a tracking e-mail and a delivered e-mail. Well, I sure you can guess what happened. NOTHING! I have not received ONE e-mail from these people, but they have charged my credit card. I have sent three e-mails to them inquiring about my order and just asking them to ship what it that I ordered and there has been no response. I can't even find a tracking number. This is absolutely ridiculous that people can be scammed in this manner. This is making me very leery of all of the other sites that I would like to order from. Where is the justice in internet scams? All I want at this point is my money back. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift for someone and now not only do I not have the item, I don't have the money to spend to reorder it from another site. I am very disppointed in this occurrence because up until this point, I have trusted the internet and have been treated fairly well when it came to ordering things. Now I don't know if I will order anything else from the net and it's a shame because this way is so much more convenient than going from store to store searching for items. Please HEED my WARNING, if you see thedvdplanet.org or universal gift ventures (which is what they told me would be the name to show up on my credit card) please run in the OPPOSITE direction. These people don't have a phone number. I wish I would have ran across someone's else story before I placed this order!!!
