I ordered several box sets of dvds from this company after seeing a link at the bottom of the amazon webpage. I placed the order, received confirmation for the order but have yet to receive the merchandise. My credit card was charged immediately for the full amount. An email from the company indicated the merchandise was shipped to a wrong address and would be reshipped. The tracking information given didn't provide any information as to the location of the merchandise. They claimed their processing systems were down and had to do it manually.
It is now over a month and still no merchandise. I looked up dvdplanet.org on the internet and found several complaints written by consumers about this company taking your money and not receiving anything in return. I understand I am out the money sent, a lesson learned I guess but if the word is out about this particular company, perhaps they will go out of business or someone can take action against them. Please do not ever order anything from them.
