I ordered a complete set of dean martin roasts on dvd on 12/3.
dvdplanet.org charged my credit card almost immediately.
i got an email from them more than a week later stating that they were having delivery problems, they had straightened them out, and i should still
be receiving the merchandise between the 17th and 24th.
i wrote to them on christmas day telling them how disappointed i was and wanted to know how they were going to rectify the situation. their response was a long apology and that they would send another shipment out immediately. after several days i wrote asking when it had been shipped, and they responded that it hadn't, but would be shipped on monday and arrive here later in the week.
i also wrote and asked for a phone number i could call in order to speak to a live rep, and that request went unanswered.
it has now been over a month and i have been taken advantage of to the tune of 69.95. no wonder they offered free shipping...they weren't shipping anything!
has anyone had any successful resolution from these people?
