On Nov. 6/07 I ordered two sets of Carol Burnett Show DVD Collection. On Nov.6/07 the funds were charged to my credit card but I have never received any order. On Nov. 30/07 after seven e-mails to the company questioning my order #636658 I finally received an answer that they had trouble with their data base and Canada Post and that they would be sending my order manually and that I should receive it in six business days. On Dec.17/07 I e-mailed them again to say that I still hadn't received my order. On Dec18/07 I received an e-mail stating that my order had gone out the week before with the other reship orders and that I should have it in time for Christmas. To date I have still not received my order. After checking on line I see that there are many others like myself who while they have paid for orders no one seems to be receiving anything.
