I ordered the complete Carol Burnett DVD collection for my parents as a Christmas gift. I, too, am a very trusting soul. Never again!!!
I received an email confirmation of my order and shipping information. The tracking number provided was a fake. I never received my order. We have emailed this company and have received no response.
They have charged my credit card (of course). I called my credit card company to tell them about this situation. They have marked this charge as a fraudulent charge, and told me that I am not responsible for this charge.
If this has happened to you, please report it here and to your credit card company. These rip-off artists must be stopped!!!
