My daughter had the same thing happen as well with the same or nearby company in Canada.
Then came Bronson was something we both found difficult to find, we were very happy to find a site that had it, only to find out that they would take our money fraudgulently.
We can only think this is fraud as they dont answer e mails after the deal isclosed, they refused my american express the second time saying they could only accept visa, but i found that they used my american express & the visa.
Also there was no number to the address of the people that supply DVDplanet, the Canadian operator said no such place or company existed.
