Ordered DVD set order #917509 11/30/07 with 2 week delivery guaranteed. Credit card charged on 12/4/07. I emailed 12/19/07 inquiring about delivery, email reply with excuse of new shipping policy of Canada post and USPS were to blame and my order would be reshipped with guaranteed delivery 12/21/07 or 12/24/07.
Given tracking number CE51 3207 064C A on reply of 12/19/07. No product delivered and on 12/27/07 I sent another email asking what was up with the delivey as the tracking number indicated product was delivered successfully in Naples FL 34110. Correct Product shipping address was in Littleton, NC 28750. Nothing logical about being shipped to wrong address.
I emailed twice asking about delivery and on 1/9/08 Email reply from dvdplant.org stated my account would be credited in 4-7 business days. I emailed on 1/24/08 and again on 1/27/08 stating my account was not credited and asked when it would. I have been trying to be patient in waiting for my money, but went online on 2/2/08 and found out that many others like myself have been ROBBED by these crooks in Canada.
I want them put in jail. They have stolen from a lot of people. They know what they are doing and they are stealing! What a ripoff this experience has been and I will not order from anyone again on the internet I do not know about.
I will never attempt to buy anything from Canada period!
