My daughter, who is a minor, received 4 texts from Natta! She deleted them and did not respond. When my wife phoned to complain about the charge $20.00, the woman at the call center was very rude and unhelpful. When my wife asked to speak to someone else, she was told that there is no one else to talk to. The woman at Natta! did confirm that my daughter would not receive any more texts, but that the charges would not be reversed. I see that there have been many complaints about this company for the same reason. Surely something can be done. I will not be surprised to see more charges on our next bill based on what has happened and what I have read has happened to others.
When I Googled the headquarters of Natta! I found out that there is no way of contacting anyone there either. Does this company operate with impunity? They have to be stopped!
