I too, ordered from the dvd planet.org. I received a email telling me my order had been sent over a month ago. It was supposed to arrive today the 27th of December 2007. I went to the tracking number and discovered that is was unable to be delivered from a post office in Texas. I am in California. I tried to go the the website and was re-directed to my gateway search page. I discovered the rip off report there. I went to the rip off report and saw the exact same report of what had happened to me had already happened to somebody else. This is the first time I have been ripped off on the internet. It is the last time I'm going to do any business with any company out of Canada. It would behoove the Canadian Government and companies to do something about this type of thing. If this company should do the right thing by me and either give me a refund or send me what I ordered I'll report that too. I could not find a phone number listed anywhere on their website and they have not answered emails.
