Ordered on April 12, 2007, received status report it had been delived, but I hadn't, then got report it had been delivered to the shipper.
Then after it didn't arrive in a couple of weeks, I emailed Mr John Jacobs and he said it got lost or dleayed in customs and offered to send a second order free of charge by EXPRESS POST.
Never arrived, and when I emailed him today, I got my email returned as UNDELIVERABLE, and his WEBSITE has disappeares from the internet
