I have just finished sending yet another email to this company about an order I had placed on August 8th 2008 for US$205.58 worth of Denby and have still not received. I wasn't overly worried when it didn't arrive after 6-8 weeks as I had ordered a Staub cocotte from them earlier in the year and it took nearly 4 months to arrive here in Australia. When February arrived and still no order ( ridiculous amount of time), I emailed and had a reply that they would "trace the order". Nothing for a month, I emailed again, no response, then after a further email I had reply that he (Jeff) was tracing my order and would "get back to me". I've sent emails every week and now nearly every day but of course I've heard nothing.
This has been a bad experience and would like to warn others not to do business with this thoroughly disreputable company. I feel very sorry for the two other people who have lost so much more money than I have. I wish I didn't live so far away as it seems that there's nothing at all to be done about it. They should be prosecuted.
