DVD planet also ripped me off off a DVD collection. I too was charged $69.99 and never received the product. They emailed me saying their shipping was unable to fill the order and that I'd receive a refund in 4-7 business days. Still haven't received anything. I wish I had found these complaints back when I ordered in December. This company needs to be shut down, including their web site!!!
