Odered dvd on 12/9/07 never received. emailed and tracked item to Austin Texas no where near MA Sent three emails no response This company should refund the money if you only get in touch INTERNET

I ordered Chips's collection dvd set from The dvd planet.org on 12/6/07 for $69.99. I received a email that the item was confirmed & shipped on 12/9 with a tracking number. I then waited for the item after Christmas I checked the tracking number to verify the item. It was sent to Austin texas which is not near Ma. I then started emailing the company my using the support email. To this day I have sent three emails and no response.
