Sears Edmonton Delivery
Delivery staff refused to deliver despite premayment, management backed them up

On the morning our new dishwasher was to be delivered (prepaid, $230), the truck staff called to say that they couldn't deliver the dishwasher because it was "too heavy". Upon complaint to management, we were told to come and pick it up ourselves. No apology or anything. Apparently prepaid delivery is not enough, and anything heavier than a stuffed teddy bear is too heavy for Sears delivery staff.
