Complaint / review / scam report

I ordered UGG boots which was $154.99 on 3/29/09. and I didnt recived the product by the expected day, 4/17/09, so I contacted them and Michelle(Owner i assume) gave me the tracking # but it just only said:

Your item was accepted in CANADA on April 3, 2009 at 12:02 AM. No further information is available for this item.

So I contacted her again and she sent me the boots from CHINA which was WRONG ITEM!! So I had to spend money($40 w/tracking) to send the wrong item back to her and she said she will refund me the money. She kept saying that i must have gotten the boots that she sent!!! I, seriously never recieved anything from her!

The worst part was she kept saying that the product was correct as shown on her store. I told her that she put the wrong pic w/the boots name that i wanted. She admitted it but she started blaming on me saying "If I could notice at the first place, this could be easier". This order is so messed up. so i asked her to give me the money back through the e-mail again on 5/18/09 but still haven't received any response from her. I contacted my bank in Japan but since it was a debit card, not Credit card, but it's hard to drop the charge from our bank :( (I used Japanese debit card so the system is a bit different from American card, i guess)

This store needs to be closed!!! She is stealing people's money!!
