Got a delivery notice on Friday that my parcel was going to be available at my regional post office on the next day starting 13.00 hours. called the regional post office and been told the item will not be available until next Monday because THERE WAS NOBODY TO DROP IT IN THE WEEKEND! when called customer service I got apologies because it was a mistake!?!?!?!?!? really?!?!?!?!
