Rude Customer Service - Oakbay & Fort

I can hardly read the return address of a parcel so I went to the post office to re-mail the parcel. I asked the customer representative to help me read the address because I am not familiar with US City and Zip code, his responds was: what do you want me to do with it, it’s your responsibility to make sure the address is correct. I was blown away by his responds. He didn’t even bother looking at it. He was being rude, unprofessional and lazy.

I am trying to find Canada Post email address through their website but no where to be found.

What customer service does Canada post provide? If they can’t help me, locate the proper address because it’s not their problem. What else can they do for me? Weight and stamp the delivery?
