Lost Community mailbox key
Canada Post loses their own parcel too. Canada Post set up our community mailbox on Wednesday. By Friday we did not receive a notice at our house to pick up the parcel (key). We called "customer service" and were told it may not have been left at our door but she provided us with the parcel# and post office location to get it. We waited 30 minutes in line at the post office to be told they don't have the parcel. So customer service says the post office has it, but the post office says they don't (and they will not look for it). So he-said she-said and no one can find the key. We were told a manager will call us back within 3 days but I will have to explain the situation again and THEN the manager will investigate the missing parcel. We were also told they can not pull the mail from our community box and we will have to wait until they find our key (the one they lost).
