I received a letter from Prize Data Office stating that it had been determined at 10:17 AM PST on 03/12/2012 that I was the registered owner of a $1, 500, 000 document, which was confirmed and guaranteed for delivery to me first class mail. I was to return an envelope and $10.00 with a signed disbursement Release document indicating how a I want my payment to be delivered, cash, check, or money order.
