I wanted to complain about the selection at the bay willowbrook mall langley. What is advertised in your flyers, does not state certain lines are not carried at the Willowbrook mall location. I've gone there several times because of an advertisement, and I go there and that line of product is not even carried at that store. Example, guess, inc, etc. Also, the boot selection is terrible. To buy a (real) leather boot your looking at the $200 dollar range and they have no style, you might as well buy a gum boot same thing. I found a cute style in a man made material but it wasn't offered in leather. I ended up buying $400.00 worth of leather boots, excellent designer styles from Aldo on line. I just thought I would let you know, plus I hear you can only buy olympic products at the bay if you have cash or visa. You don't take the bay card, which doesn't bother me, as I don't want one, but, whenever I have tried to have an item transferred in from one of the other branches, you have to have a bay card otherwise, the bay won't take cash, or visa, or any other form of payment to get the items in. No wonder your sales are not what they used to be. No selection at Willowbrook Mall Langley, and no good quality stylish leather boots offered there either. In the flyer, it should be noted what lines or items that are not carried at the Willowbrook Mall, so you don't have to make a needless trip for nothing.
