Dear JustFab,
I would formally like to write you a letter in regards to your services. I did not appreciate the way your services worked at all. The customer should always be right, and when I recently talked on the phone with your “fashion consultant” she defiantly didn’t make me feel that way. I wanted to exchange both the products I bought for another size:
Sku: 352329-01-75 – Jehan – size 7.5
Sku: 352292-08-75 – Kaylene – size 7.5
As you can see I bought them both as a 7.5 and they both didn’t fit. You had the Jehan size 7 in stock for exchange, but the lady explained that you no longer had the Kaylene in size 7 only size 6.5. I asked her if I could pick a different boot, similar in style instead, considering I really liked that style and wanted it for fall. She explained that I would only get a $19.00 credit which is ridiculous considering you should be trying to accommodate me for what I would like considering the style that I wanted in the first place was out. She then further explained I would have to pay $9 shipping fees for my new boots coming back. This is absolutely ridiculous.
So instead I have cancelled my account with your company, and am now stuck with 2 types of boots that don’t fit me. You have sincerely wasted my money and my time. I’m am extremely furious about this as when I signed up and bought these boots I thought it was a simple thing and great because you were unlike most companies. Now I see that you’re actually worse than most companies, considering you have all these hidden things.
I can express to you how mad I am that I am stuck with 2 pairs of boots that actually don’t fit me, and I couldn’t even exchange them for something I actually liked.
