Fake, Wrong Item and Non Refund

I ordered what I wanted correctly and my order confirmation email and my order details in my account showed the correct size of shoes that I ordered but this company sent me incorrect size. I called the same day I received the order and spoke to a guy the same day and he told me that he would call me back in 20 minutes and he has not called me back since. I have called several times and I didn't get any response anymore.

I went on their website and filled out the return/exchange form and it gave me instructions and the address to send the item to without an RMA, even their return policy stated that you should receive RMA before sending anything back, so how come they set up their website to misguide people and they won;t answer the phone or return someone's call.

Moreover, I have checked their website for the correct size of the shoes that I ordered and they didn't have the correct size that I ordered anymore, so I am believing they sent me incorrect size intentionally because they didn't have the right size their web site was showing. I have read their reviews on Google also and there were couple of complaints of the same that u wished I had read before I bought anything from them, Their items are fake too.
