Ordered replacement canopy April 27, 2009. Received email on May 1, 2009 stating that there would be a 3-4 week delay in shipment.
Five weeks passed with no shipment, sent email requesting delivery date . . . no response.
Called approximately 10 times over the next several weeks and got voicemail "all customer support lines busy" (left name & number - no return call). No response to multiple emails.
Finally got thru by phone and was told additional 2 -3 weeks required for them to receive size I ordered.
Called again approximately July 6 and was told that item would ship within days.
Called again July 13 and assured item would ship next day.
Received on July 17. . . . . . wrong size - does NOT fit.
Called July 17, told replacement would be 3-4 weeks.
Many phone calls & emails - same scenario . . voicemail "busy" message with no response and no response to emails.
No replacement.
Customer service phone no longer in service.
