Cannot obtain status of overdue repair of espresso machine

I brought a Hamilton Beach Espresso maker into their authorized service center in July 2011 for repair or replacement. I was told it would take up to 6 weeks. I have tried to get information about the status of this repair, but nobody at the service center or at HB Customer service seems to know or be able to tell me when I will receive the replaced or repaired coffee machine. I had been speaking with one of their service reps, but recently she is not answering my emails or phone calls. I can't get anywhere with the service center either who claim they are not aware of the status of my repair. The service center is called Boutik Electrik and is located in Montreal Quebec at 705 rue Saint-Catherine West, local 1-112A, H3B4G5. Their telephone number is 514 847 0303. My repair ticket number is 2601190327, my customer id is 26170673. The unit was brought in for repair at the above mentioned service center on July 30 2011. I want HB to either send me a repaired or replacement espresso maker or refund my full purchase price.
