Swim is a non profit organization that is suppose to support single women in motherhood, although the excutive director has no clue how to run a bussiness of any kind for the community... Single Women in Motherhood is the worst organization in the London community, ann marie ricketts is a nurse.. not a counsellor. she has told women in the community negative things about other reliable organizations in the London community. She does not keep confidentialy as she has disclosed information to people in the communtiy that I personally know... her entire organization is run threw volunteers for the past 10 years for a reason. People dont like to be treated like garbage and people wont deal with it... Your board members held a private meeting without you and eventually walked on you because 1) you dont have a clue what you are doing! 2) Swim does not provide the community with the proper support, cause you are not trained to do the work you do 3) you are only wanting people to think you are great, people know you are not! 3) you need education when it comes to working with peoples heads... You give women a negative outlook on society, you are not helping them when you say the things you do! you are the founder and unfortunatly we could not put SWIM under because of that. but once our board of directors gets a hold of swim, your going to sink 100 percent!!!
