DSI security system keeping charging me the monthly service fees even after I cancelled the service and moved out of Winnipeg. If I did not find the charges myself after 8 months, they would have kept charging me endless. I cannot believe when I complain and asked for refund they are keeping saying the contract which I never heard of the regulation - they are saying if somebody has a one year agreement, then all the following years will be updated. if the contract stops in Dec, if though you stop the service in Jan. you are supposed to pay the monthly fee for all the 11 months although there is no service provided. Plus, they told me the reason they kept charging me if after the so-called contract, is because they want to continue to do business with me even after i moved out of the city. What a ridiculous excuse!!! In addition, when I found the problem I called immediately and the staff told me the management agreed to pay me back all the fees, but when I pointed this yesterday the sales manager told me the person told me is no longer working in their company. So I want to know the staff works there does not present the company??? I want to let people know this is the company I have the worst experience being served so far, who will charge you the time when there is no service and it could charge for your lifetime if you don't watch your statement -- be very careful!!!
