My name is Katie and I’m working in the mall at Grenville Station (Pacific Center) I came to take 5 cafe on Wednesday Oct 12 at 5:12pm and the girl who helped me was Jennie, I want to let you know about my experience that night, I never been treated horribly like this before! I asked Jennie to make me tea misto and she said “it would be London fog” and I said I can’t eat sugar can you not charge me for syrup and she replied “ this is not my company to not charge you “ that was her respond which I felt her answer was soo rude!!! She said with a very very angry voice!
I asked her if I can get soy milk instead of sugar that is charging me for and I can’t eat, she said “ you are working in the mall”
I don’t understand what that mean???
I was shocked! Absolutely horrible service!!! What is that mean I’m working in the mall means I don’t deserve to treat it Nicely?!
She absolutely needs some training! Just because I’m working in the mall you have to give me this kind of service!
When I paid I told her “ this cafe used to be friendly not today” she replied “ I don’t think is anything wrong with us, you are rude”!!!
I’m behind angry and still shaking!
What kind of service is this!!! I’m always getting my coffee from you guys!
I asked Jennie to give me her manager’s email which she did after I was waiting for 10min for her to come back with the email!! Jennie is absolutely an rude and inconsiderate associate!
I did email the manager Eden on Oct 12th no answer!
