On the 27th Nov. I ordered a set of 3 Genie Bras. During the process of ordering I got the message that the "Order was Pending" and that I would get an e-mail confirmation of the order. I did not get the e-mail confirmation so put in another order. Same situation ocurred so I ordered a 3rd time. My Visa has been credited 3 times. These are the dates :

None of these orders have arrived. If you can solve the problem I would be so grateful. Please can you also cancell 2 of the orders.
