Downloaded the EZMP3 Music Download program. The program has never worked. I emailed the supposedly "customer support" four times, the last two times requesting my money back. I also mailed a letter to the Canada address I found on their website. I have not gotten any response at all! This is a rip-off and I am concerned they may try to debit my account again. I think everybody should somehow be alerted.
