AllCoolMusic ripped me off, they advertised several plans including a 1.44 monthly fee plan, which I signed up for. My credit/debit card was charged 2 times, for 44.00 each.
I emailed them about the error, and have not recieved any response. There is no phone number to contact them. They claim to have a live operator that pops on a chat style screen to convince you of their better offers, but when I tried to get a response obout my complaint, it was obvious there was no live person involved.
In addition, I recieved no tech support, and have yet to download any music at all! I want a refund, and have no way to contact them. What a rip off!
