I purchased a 3 box set of Xmen cartoon series and one received 1. This was a Xmas gift for my sons. I called them when i received the item on 12/14 because the case was damaged and when we sat down to make sure the movies worked, only the first and fourth cd worked but they were so blurry and distorted you could not watch them for 5 mins without getting a headache. The second and third cds was blank.
They offered to send me a replacement but honestly it was not worth the money i paid. I told them that i just wanted a refund she said i would have it in 6 days, i have yet to receive it. She said that i would recieve a prepaid envelope to send it back, have not received that either.
So I called the bank today and they are going to refund my money including the shipping fee which totals about $70.00 and they are going to turn them in for fraud. I was also told to get an attorney.
They have very poor customer service via phone and internet.
