WKRP Episodes. Poor Quality Pirated Recordings From Cable TV to DVD Saint-Laurent Quebec

After doing search on the Internet for WKRP DVD, I came across the web site They advertised the complete and originally aired 90 episodes. The price was good, and I was thrilled to find it available.

Here is where the trouble starts: After the order was submitted, there was a statement which indicated I would receive an email with the tracking number. I did not receive this, and sent them an email requesting it. I got no reply to my request.

After a few weeks with no delivery, I called them, but their number was temporarily out of service this cant be good. I then tried the live help with no luck don't even bother with this the system acts like all representatives are busy and they will be with you as soon as possible, but they never show up.

Another email was sent demanding a status or delivery within 48 hours, or I would contact my bank and charge the item back. U never got the email but received the merchandise. The discs arrived in a poorly constructed bubble wrap envelope. The discs themselves were labeled poorly, had ink smudges on some, and they all their fingerprints on the data side of the disc!!

Next I put a DVD in to see how it looked well it was recorded off the air! I do professional videography for weddings, receptions etc, and was amazed at the poor menu and picture quality. The shows appeared to be recorded off the air, onto a VCR with tracking problems. In addition to this, I see that disc number 2 is completely blank!

There may be more blanks in there, but I was so aggravated, I wanted to post this here as a warning to others about this company. I hope this proves useful to anyone considering a purchase from this, or similar companies. I am also tempted to submit a complaint to the FBI regarding copyright infringement.
