DVD Collections
The DVD's they sold me were advertised to be of the highest quality", but they were recorded from a TV viewng, they even have parts of commericals on them. Can't get money refunded even though the DVD's have been returned., ON

When you view the DVD's they are of bad quality. You can tell that someone recorded the DVD's off of a TV. You can still see the commercials at times when they didn't time it right to start and stop the recordings. It also recorded when they fast forwarded through commercials. Is this what DVD Collections considers "highest quality", per their guarantee? Believe me when I say I didn't "receive exactly what I paid for". Which was $69.99 ($74.99 with shipping and handling), not a small price for pirated DVD's. It did not say on the website that they were pirated copies. Because I would have searched further. I would pay more for original Smurf DVD's.

We returned the DVD's, requesting a full refund. We have had no response.
