Hi, I purchased Dealfind's voucher # 8331-7663 (valued at $235.00) in June of this year, but would appreciate it you you would arrange for me to have that purchase refunded. Reason: this is an unreliable and unprofessional business. The phone number given for making the required appointment was not answered and my call was transferred to a voice mailbox which would not accept messages as it was already full. This happened twice. When I was able to actually contact someone at the number, the lady was unable to give me an appointment time and said she'd call me back. It was so long before the woman called back that I had suspected that she had either forgotten or was trying to avoid making contact. Eventually I called her but again she had trouble finding a time when there would be an available operator to book me with, but after some mucking about, she gave me a new time and date. And this lady says she is the business owner! When going for my appointment, I had trouble locating the business so had to pull over and call on my cell phone for directions. The owner answered and said she had tried to contact me the day before to advise me that she was going to have to change my appointment time. Again she was unable to give me a date and time and said she would contact me later when she had the necessary information. Because I hadn't found her business, I asked her to guide me to the location since I was as close to the address as I could find, and it seemed a logical to find out where the business was for when ever my appointment would be. The lady was unable to direct me to the location and had me driving all over the place - she couldn't even tell me where to turn north our south, or right or left. I finally pulled into a hotel parking lot and described to her what I could see around me. It turned out the business was inside the lobby of that very hotel, but it had never occurred to her to tell me that... so there would have been no way for me to see the business from the street and there was no sign on the hotel to advise that the business was there. It also turns out that she wasn't even at the business at that time: she was at home and the phone number she is using for the business is her personal mobile phone. So, she would have to come in to the business to look at her book before she could give me a new appointment, and said she would phone me the next day with an appointment. I waited until nearly five p.m.that day for her call and finally ended up calling her myself. She still wasn't sure when she could book me in as the previous operator was no longer working there and she would have to consult with the "new" person about when she'd be available to do the job. So again she said she'd call me back with an appointment the next day. Finally we were able to make contact and she gave me the new day and time for the appointment. The day before this new appointment, she phoned and left a message (I wasn't home when she called) that she was going to have to postpone my appointment yet again. I was dumb struck at that. Again she wasn't able to give me time, and said she would call me back in a week to make the arrangement. I haven't heard from her since, and will not bother to phone her myself. This is not a reliably run business, so I wish to be refunded the money I spent to buy the voucher. (I suspect that I won't be the person making this request.) Please advise me how you choose to respond to my request at this email address. Thank you for your help with this.
