My first complaint is that it is 99% impossible to make an appointment to redeem my vouchers. Either there is a waiting list to get in, over two months to get any appointment, and I was put on hold between 5 and 10 minutes to make an appointment. Supposedly there is only one girl - Samantha who can make the appointments and she is also busy doing nails. Yesterday when I phoned -- I was told she was not working and that I had to phone back when she is at work -- so today??? This business is very UNPROFESSIONAL! Today when I finally got to speak to Samantha, I was told that there is a 2 month waiting list to get a morning appointment or any appointment and the last time I managed to use one of my five vouchers -- I made an appointment for 11:30 am but I did not get in until 1:30pm -- I did not get in to get my manicure/pedicure service for TWO HOURS! Yes I had to wait for two hours before they started my service and only after I voiced a complaint did they start to soak my feet. Also when I had this service done -- there were only two girls and they were fighting over the clients and over the tips. I have no problem leaving a 20% tip for excellent service and even though the service was lousy -- I did tip the girl 20% for doing a regular manicure and pedicure. I bought coupons for gel nails but decided that I would go for a regular service because of them not being attentive to appointment times. Also -- how can 2 girls accommodate 5 -6 people at the same time. When I was there -- there were 3 little girls and 2 moms getting their manicure/pedicure -- no wonder they made me wait 2 hours. Also the place is FILTHY! The floor needs a good washing and the place is not set up for proper manicure/pedicure procedures. I would like to get my money back and I would like to make a complaint to CTV -- trouble shooters. This business should not be selling vouchers that they cannot honor or they should hire more people to do the services. This voucher is misrepresented and it makes me shy away from any other future deal find SCAMS -- because that is what you are -- SCAM ARTISTS. I will definitely NOT RECOMMEND deal scam to any of my friends and family and I will definitely NOT BE A REPEAT COSTUMER. I can get a professional manicure at many salons for $25.00 and not have to wait 2 hours! Parking is also a problem for this place as it is down town and you have to pay for parking. If I was to rate this deal find/SCAM-- I would give it 0 out of 5 stars. As I now realize -- buyer beware but I can at least warn others not to fall prey to this organization. i JUST WONDER WHAT CUT YOU GET FROM THIS ORGANIZATION.
