Had trouble originally trying to contact them. Will only accept vouchers thru email appointment. I contacted Wag Jag to complain. They eventually contacted me thru email and set up a car cleaning appointment almost two months down the road. I left my car for the day and returned home to find an untouched car. No email, no phone call to let me know what was happening. Tried to contact but unable to. Contacted Wag Jag and asked for my money to be returned which they did. I would recommend others to do so. Don't waste your time with this company. Get your money back from Wag Jag.
