No refund of damaged product
I purchased a Dallas dvd series for $114. oo in December 2009, the dvd's would not play in any of my dvd players, I requested my money back, they emailed me stating that I wasn't the only person that compalined of that problem and they had a new supplier and if I would like another Dallas series sent to me, I told them that would be fine and I've yet to receive the movies and I have requested a refund back in January and it is now March and I haven't heard from them since.
