Back in January I ordered a product that was being shown on the Rachel Ray show the Acai Berry Diet pill. I decided to order the porduct was told that I had 15 Days to try the product. Fine not a problem. What they did not mention was that the trail period was while it was in the mail. I received the product 4 days before the trail period was over. So I called to cancel, no problem it has been cancelled. Get my credit card bill was charged around $83.00. got the credit company involved and nothing. the next month I was charged again $99.25. So this time i got involved and started calling. This has been going on since Febuary with a promis of a reund I have spoken to a number of people the. On Febuary 25-Roger, on March- Andy, and so one. July came around and again ended up speaking to Andy Again and he said that the spoke to his Supervisor Kevin and that I would get my reund within 10 Business days max. August came around no refund Called and spoke to Victor and he said that you will get the refund in like 3 days. September bill came along and no refund Spoke to a Victor and he said that the spoke to the supervisor and said that i would be getting the refund in like 3-4 days guaranteed and till today nothing. So I ended up calling back to day and know they are telling me that their bank account has changed and that i am not going to get the refund. I have told them that thats not my problem I was promissed a refund sinch July and that i want one. I have requested to speak to this Kevin person and is never available. This is a bullshit company all they want is peoples money.
