Canadian Payment Services, Pivotal

I had signed up with Canadian Payment Services, and to my surprise they had put me on Pivotal. The representative was aware that I was already on Pivotal. I called Canadian Payment Services and spoke to Serge. He promised to cancel me out of Pivotal and put me on First Data. I waited for almost a month, and during the duration I was paying for two statements and two terminals with Pivotal. I called Serge again, and he said that I would be cancelled out and they would refund me the monies they took as it was their mistake. A few weeks later I received a First Data box with a terminal. But, I was not cancelled out of both Pivotal accounts. I called Pivotal, and told them what the situation was. I told Pivotal that I did not agree to be signed on with them a second time. Pivotal then went and took $800 out of my account. I then found out that Pivotal had put me on a lease with First Data without my permission. I called Serge, and he said that he was the representative, and that he has since been fired. Serge said that there is nothing that they can do to rectify the situation. I called Pivotal and they told me that it was Canadian Payment Services that took monies out of my account. I saw the complaints on the internet, so I asked Pivotal for a copy of the contract. Turns out that Canadian Payment Services an American company. I spoke with my lawyer, and she said that there is no point chasing after Canadian Payment Services. As for Pivotal, they say they are a A rating with the Better Business Bureau, I highly doubt it.
