If anyone out there is thinking about switching their payment processing company whatever you do, do not switch to Pivotal payment.

we have had a rash of issues with them, never being resolved. they claim 24/7 support. NOT TRUE!!
It is a Monday to Friday operation worse hours than your bank.
and when you do call you are on hold anywhere between 45 minutes to an hour and the issue is never resolved.
just to list some of the problems.
- missing payments
- horrible customer service
- no managers or supervisors ever on to speak to
- rude customer service reps
don't just walk away from pivotal payments, run away.
