Saturday October 24th we were parked in a reserved metro parking space *** ** **** * ******** Parked in this garage at approx. 11:40pm and got a parking ticket at 11:48 am, we directed to buy some groceries in METRO store as we didn’t see any sign to paid as a metro customer we went to buy our groceries. We finished to pay our small groceries for $30.01 and we came around 11:52 and we found a parking ticket violation for $96.05 and I went upstairs to talk to metro’s store manager (Justin) to talk about it. I show him my car parked in Metro reserved parking. I explained and showed the signs and the issue of miscommunication with not clear signs.
He agreed (manager) with the situation and he explained that is been dealing with this issue for a long time.
As an affected customer I’m escalating this issue. Asking Metro Store and Imperial Parking corporation to take my case in consideration and remove this Parking ticket.
