My name is Brian and I bought a DVD box set of seasons 1-8 complete ofthat 70s show from www.tvDVDplanet.com. i paid almost $60 on the product and $15 for shipping and I never got the item I paid for.
Instead what I got was 1 beat-up manilla parcel with only three of the eight seasons i paid for, and no word of where the others are. The three seasons i got were horribly damaged. the plastic was cut, holes punctured the cases, and the cases were also cracked and smashed up at least once on each case.
I went back to the website to find out why this had happened and all I recieved was a url page explaining that this URL didn't exist anymore because of some lawsuit over similarities in this BAD company's name to www.dvdplanet.com. they then tell me I could try to contact them from 1-877-788-7469.
I tried this number several times, being forwarded to voice messaging every time. I know they will not return my calls, nor will they heed any attention to the illegality of their actions. Please help me get back at tvdvdplanet for what they are doing to me and everyone else they have screwed.
