In September, 2006, I noticed my bank account was being charged for a product (leanrx) I had never heard of, let alone ordered. I called the 1-800 number provided on my bank account to no avail.
I was constantly calling their phone number and would only get an answering machine. I would leave messages to have them call me back; no one ever called me back.
I was reading some of the other complaints people have left about this company. I noticed one lady said she had ordered hoodia online and then noticed after she cancelled that order she started recieving the charges for leanrx. I as well had ordered hoodia, cancelled it, and then started to recieve the charges shortly thereafter for this company.
I have gone to my bank to try to rectify this issue. My bank told me that since leanrx has gained access to my bank account number, there was nothing they could do except for me to close my account and to try to contact the BBB.
