My son ordered a set of DVDs on Dec 5/08 using his credit card. He was told that when his credit was authorized the item would be sent. His credit was authorized on Dec.7/08. The DVDs were supposed to arrive in 5-14 days. The items have never arrived. Hr has emailed several times with no response from the company.
I have emailed with no reposnse from the company. There is no phone number to contact these individuals. I have contacted the credit card company involved. They stated they would look into the problem. I have threatened with legal involvement as well. My son is out over $100 and they have his credit card number.
