Engaged Wutt.ca to build a flash website. Andrew Webber stated that the site would be done in 10 days. First payment made to Sheila Blackmore through over night check. They cashed the check at a money mart. Finally payment sent just over a week later for completion, payment sent via online interac payment. This all began in mid November 2008, to date off this posting no website has been delivered.
