IPG has a 7day refund policy, i call them on day 8(because i was unaware they start counting days from the day of purchase) asking if i could get a refund and wouldn't mind being charged some kind of refund fee. The lady tells me there's absolutely nothing they can do, decide to speak to their manager and he justifies their action by likening my scenario to a tv taken in for repair 1day after the warranty expires.
i thought this was kind of silly considering i had asked they could charge me a refund fee of some kind and couldn't quite make the link to my case. What i find most painful about this experience is that i had purchased 20tickets before my second purchase of 50tickets (that i ended up not needing) and IPG sheltered themselves behind their rules giving no attention to customer care/satisfaction. This has demonstrated to me they have very little confidence in the product they offer. I could never recommend them to anyone after this. I tell this story to those of you reading this so you learn from my experience and avoid being ripped off, because that's exactly how i feel.
